Please read all the terms below carefully before using this platform — this page contains important information about accounts, bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 7ace platform and its users ("you" or "member"). By accessing or continuing to use the platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.
1 General Information

These Terms apply to the entire website, mobile version, and all services provided through 7ace. Using the platform means you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be considered final.
2 Eligibility & Age Requirement
To create an account and use the services on the 7ace platform, the following eligibility requirements must be met:
- You must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older. This platform is operated exclusively for those aged 21+.
- You must be a lawful resident or citizen of Bangladesh who is able to participate in online gaming under the laws of your jurisdiction.
- You are participating on this platform entirely of your own free will and by your own decision.
- Using this platform on behalf of another person or on behalf of any organization is prohibited.
Minor Protection: Account creation or use by persons under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited. No transaction will be processed without age verification. If registration is completed with false information, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.
3 Account Registration & Management
3.1 Registration Process
To create an account at 7ace, you must provide accurate and complete information. Information provided at registration may be verified at any time. If any discrepancy is found, the account may be temporarily or permanently suspended.
3.2 One Account Policy
Only one account per person is permitted. If the same person creates multiple accounts, it will be treated as a serious violation. In such cases, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonuses and winnings earned may be forfeited.
3.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify 7ace support immediately.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC)
Before processing a withdrawal, or at any time, 7ace may request the necessary documents for identity verification. This may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents. If documents are not provided on time, the withdrawal will remain on hold.
4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit
Funds can be deposited on the 7ace platform using the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). No other methods are accepted.
- Minimum deposit amount per method: ৳500
- Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly
- The payment method used for depositing must be registered in your own name
- Third-party payments are not accepted
4.2 Withdrawal
The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
- Withdrawal processing time: 5 to 30 minutes (typically)
- Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used for the deposit
- If KYC verification is not completed, large withdrawals may be delayed
- Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met
Transaction Security: All financial transactions on 7ace are secured by SSL encryption. If an abnormal amount is credited due to a technical error, 7ace reserves the right to recover that excess amount.
5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members have the opportunity to receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit.
- ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
- ৳12,000 or more deposited → maximum ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳17,000
5.2 Wagering Requirement
To withdraw winnings from a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met. Wagering is calculated at 15 times the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not included in this calculation.
Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 — winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable after this amount has been wagered.
5.3 General Bonus Policy
- A bonus offer applies only once per member, household, address, IP, or device
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used through wagering
- If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period of the offer, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited
- 7ace reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time
- If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, the relevant account will be subject to investigation
6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7ace platform and immediate action will be taken if any such activity is detected:
- Creating an account using false or altered identity information
- Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account
- Using multiple accounts or identities strategically to take advantage of bonuses or promotional offers (Bonus Abuse)
- Playing games using software, bots, scripts, or automated methods
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems
- Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
- Engaging in fraudulent behavior toward other members or placing bets in collusion (Collusion)
- Exploiting vulnerabilities or errors in the service — any winnings identified from such incidents will be considered void
Warning: If any of the above violations are proven, the account will be permanently closed, all balances and winnings will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
7 Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Suspension by 7ace
7ace reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- In the event of a breach of any clause of these Terms
- If information provided is proven to be false or incomplete
- If KYC documents are not submitted on time
- In the case of suspicious financial transactions
- In response to a court order or government directive
7.2 Closure by Member
You may request to close your account at any time. In this case, the remaining balance (subject to wagering requirements being met) will be returned via the designated method. Contact support for self-exclusion or a responsible gaming break.
8 Privacy & Data Protection

- Your personal information will be used solely for the purpose of providing the service

- Data may be shared where required by regulatory obligations or legal requirements

9 Limitation of Liability
7ace does not accept responsibility in the following circumstances:
- If a game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical fault
- If any loss occurs due to a fault in third-party software or devices
- If the service is disrupted due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure) such as natural disasters, power outages, or cyber attacks
- If unauthorized access to an account occurs due to the member's own disclosure of their information
- Game outcomes are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and 7ace does not intervene in those results
7ace strives to ensure the highest possible uptime, however brief service interruptions may occur for necessary maintenance. Such interruptions will be communicated in advance.
10 Changes to Terms
7ace reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If any significant changes are made, members will be notified by email or via a notice on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
